Abrasive conductivity is below 100 uS/cm (ASTM D4940-25). Total chlorides are less than 3 ppm (0.0003%), and products with soluble salt content below 20 mg/m2 are available (ISO 8502-6/9).
Surface Roughness
Selecting different particle sizes of OneGarnet blasting abrasive allows for an anchor profile between 1.0 to 4.5 mils (25 - 115 um), creating a larger surface area that enhances coating adhesion.
